Pepper Spray Laws

What you need to know about the Pepper Spray Laws in your area & how they'll affect your

shopping experience with us...

As much as we believe in the effectiveness of using pepper sprays for self defense & that everyone should be armed with them, there are pepper spray laws that prevent us from being able to sell our sprays in a few U.S. states.

I know it stinks... but if your live in a state that doesn't allow us to sell you a spray, we'll have to cancel your order. The Brass Knight Security design team is putting together a process that shows you which pepper sprays you can legally purchase and blocks you from buying a spray that may be restricted in your area. In the event that your order went though for a spray that we weren't legally allowed to sell you, we would notify you, cancel the order, and reimburse your money immediately. No worries!!!

Don't get too alarmed...pepper sprays are legal in all 50 states. It's just that some states have restrictions on who you can purchase from, the formulation, the size you can carry, and on how old you have to be to legally carry in your region.

Keep posted...We'll be adding a list of state-by-state pepper spray laws that affect your defense spray ownership. In the meantime, if you live in New York or Massachusetts, you can only purchase a pepper spray (you can buy animal repellant pepper sprays online) from an authorized dealer in your state.

As Always Keep Safe,

Brass Knight Security
